Products
Every Gemelli piece is handmade in Sydney using natural gemstones, freshwater pearls and carefully selected materials.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and the natural characteristics of the materials we use, slight variations in colour, shape, pattern and finish may occur. These variations are expected and are not considered faults.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll always do our best to assist, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, stock availability issues or unforeseen circumstances.
