• Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created, packed and dispatched

• Standard and Express Shipping options are available at checkout

• Express Shipping applies to postage speed only and does not reduce processing times

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped

• Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide on orders over $99

• Any unexpected delays will be communicated via email or Instagram @madebygemelli

• Once an order has been shipped, Gemelli is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels or circumstances outside of our control.
