Due to the handmade nature of Gemelli jewellery, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with your piece, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order at madebygemelli@outlook.com.
Please note:
• Natural gemstones, freshwater pearls and other decorative materials may vary in colour, shape, texture and pattern
• Due to the handmade nature of Gemelli jewellery, slight variations may occur between pieces and from the images shown
• Minor variations and natural characteristics of materials are not considered faults
• No two Gemelli pieces will ever be exactly the same
